We had to understand what the current business model was for online trading and types of traffic and channels which were providing a suitable right return on investment.  From here a thorough and thought out strategy was given to provide company direction, along with optimisation of current channels and undertaking of campaign management.

Through a number of discovery meetings combined with data and online research, we quickly began to understand the business model and its commercials. From here we undertook an in-depth strategic review which highlighted areas for improvement in The Garden Fragarance’s online approach.
